Key Population Service Center (KPSC) operated by Lan Pya Kyel has various medical professional including Doctor, Nurse, Counsellor to provide a range of health care services. All services and products are free-of-charge and available to everyone that visits a KPSC.
It is envisaged that the clinic will provide integrated healthcare, including general check-ups, psychosocial support and counselling, hormone monitoring and full cascade of HIV and TB intervention services. The package of services include but not limited to:

Behavioral change communication with targeted information delivered through Peers, online services and counsellors

Condom and lubricant distribution

Prevention, screening, treatment/ refer of sexually transmitted infections (STI)

Advise on hormone guideline and monitoring for transgender women

Pre-exposure prophylaxis except the KPSC in Northern Shan State

Diagnosis and treatment of TB and referral for TB treatment

Monitoring of clients on antiretroviral therapy for adherence and to ensure viral suppression
